All reservations submitted are pending availability of lodging and clearance of credit card charges or payment checks. Virginia Bicycling Adventures will contact you with a confirmation of your reservation. If this form does not accommodate the number of persons in your group, please submit additional forms.

I hereby release BAS Enterprises Ltd., (a State of Washington corporation) d/b/a Virginia Bicycling Adventures and its officers, shareholders, agents and employees from any and all liability arising from my participation in this trip. I acknowledge the risks involved with bicycling including but not limited to physical exertion, forces of nature, traffic dangers, road surface, equipment failure, travel via any mode of transport, adequacy of medical facilities, or negligence on the part of employees, agents or others of Virginia Bicycling Adventures. I have voluntarily applied to participate in this tour and all activities occurring on the tour or outside of, but during, the tour. I agree to be responsible for my welfare, and accept any and all risk associated with activities while on the tour including bicycle touring or any other activities I partake in while on the tour. I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virginia Bicycling Adventures, its officers, shareholders, agents and employees, for all damages, claims, or causes of action suffered thereby as a result of any negligent or intentional conduct on my part or on the part of my minor child participating in the bicycle tour. I understand the terms herein are binding on me, my family members, heirs, successors, assigns, dependants and/ or minors accompanying me, and legal representatives. I also understand Virginia Bicycling Adventures and its agents has the right to refuse participation by any person judged incapable of tour activities, and for not executing this document or other required pre-trip information. Any dispute or cause of action arising out of these matters whatsoever, shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, excluding its conflict of laws provisions, and venue for any such dispute or cause of action shall be proper only in the Circuit Court of Shenandoah County, Virginia. Any part of this document found to be void or unenforceable shall not negate the enforcement of the remainder.

A deposit of $200.00 is required for each person booking on a tour and will be charged to the submitted credit card once the entire tour is confirmed. Or, you can pay by check. If the requested tour cannot be booked as represented for a reason such as lodging availability, you will not be charged.

Credit cards are accepted for the deposit payment. You may fax it to 540.465.3447, or if you prefer, credit card information can be submitted by telephone between 8:30 and 5:00 Mon-Fri. by calling 540.465.4202.

Your final payment is due 15 days prior to your tour start date.This payment can be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment by credit card will be subject to a fee of 4% of the balance due to cover the processing fee charged by credit card companies. In advance of the final payment due date, you will receive a notice in the form of a final invoice that reflects your deposit. Debit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Your deposit will be completely forfeited in the event of your cancellation of your booking or your failure to timely pay the balance of the amount due. All monies paid shall be non-refundable in the event of the client's cancellation occurring within 30 days of the tour starting date.
